effective family vacation rental of this type along
the north coast of the Dominican Republic. We will
match any other rental villas advertised prices
providing the villa matches ours in features, amenities,
views and accommodations. We challenge you to find
something better!
All rates listed below are in U.S. Dollars (US$). All
prices are correct as of January 1, 2007, but
are subject to change without notice. Prices during
special holiday periods such as New Year, Easter
and Christmas are slightly higher due to demand. Please
contact us for all final pricing.

Deposit Requirements
A deposit of 50% of the full rental amount is
required at time of reservation. Reservations are
not accepted and committed until a deposit has
been received. Please make your US dollar check
(or international money order) drawn on a U.S.
bank payable to 'Villa Costa Norte.'
The balance of your rental payment is due 30
days prior to occupancy date. Depending upon the
size of your group and other factors, a security
deposit of $2500 (USD), or larger, may also be
required.
Cancellation Policy
Once a deposit has been received the villa dates are permanently reserved for your group. In the very unlikely event you will need to change your reservation, we will be happy to retain your deposit as full credit towards a future reservation taken within one (1) year of the original. Refunds of deposits are only possible in case of extreme circumstances as judged by the villa owners.
